Meet the Certified Team
Certified’s owner, Jason, is originally from Maryland, but moved to Florida in 2005 to be closer to his parents. He has a love (some might say obsession) with all things cars and enjoys drag racing in the few cooler months we have. Jason is married and has two awesome children. He previously built homes and owned a water & mold remediation company, both of which helped tremendously in his home inspection career.

Rachel is a Florida native, growing up right here in SWFL. Photography has always been a passion of hers, including both portraits and landscapes. As cliche as it is, she loves to watch a good sunset on the water, and usually has her camera in tow when she does. Married to Jason in 2021, together they have 2 wonderful children.

Since 2011, Joe has made Florida his home, now residing in North Port. He enjoys riding dirt bikes and going camping with his two sons. He also has a love for cars that brought him and Jason together many years ago. Joe has become an integral member of our Certified team, and we take pride in having him with us!
JOE PAMPENA
Joe H was born and raised in Millinocket, Maine. He served in the US Air Force and as a DOD civilian for a combined 32 years before retiring in 2021. Joe spent the last decade in Key West, where he owned operated a home watch and handyman business. He recently moved to Babcock Ranch with his wife Sara, and their dog Dori. In his free time he enjoys exploring SWFL, learning to play the guitar, and volunteering at a local horse rescue organization.

Patrice, originally from New Jersey, made the exciting move to Florida with her family in 2020 to embrace the allure of tropical weather. She has to awesome children and is a passionate Philadelphia Eagles fan, no matter what that any given game brings. Patrice has a zest for life that is evident in her love for traveling and dancing.
