What We Do
What is an Inspection?
A home inspection is an objective evaluation of the physical structure and systems of a home and also a functional check of all it's major systems and appliances. Take a look at our Service page for a detailed standard home inspection list.
How we do it.
We perform professional, industry standard home inspections using only certified licensed inspectors. You will receive an in depth comprehensive computer generated on site report with digital photos. We will send out copies via email to you or anyone else that is in need of the report.
We will at the end of inspection or later at your convenience, come back for your complimentary Homework's Education to show you how your new home systems function and location of important features.
Good to know!
We are not a remodeling, remediation or treatment company. We have no vested interest in finding problems that would require expensive repair or treatment. We do not receive any commissions from contractors or remediation companies. We will however recommend repairs or remediation only when necessary.
Home inspectors are not licensed or regulated by the State of Florida at this time, so any inspector can do as little or as much as they want. However, Steven Fontz (Owner) is a licensed building inspector in the State of Florida and has the education and testing that most other home inspectors simply do not. There is simply no substitute for experience and education.
